Dawn Johnson is the Catalyst Initiative Coordinator at the George Family Foundation, a philanthropic leader in the integrative health and healing movement, working to transform healthcare delivery and community wellbeing. She provides communications, event planning, research, and project management for the Catalyst Initiative.
Ms. Johnson brings extensive experience in event planning and engagement marketing to her current role with the Foundation. Prior to joining the foundation she managed everything from global soccer tournaments to national brand awareness campaigns for organizations such as Verizon, Target, Rock the Vote and the National MS Society.
Ms. Johnson is currently completing her master’s degree in Holistic Health Studies from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota in Recreation, Parks and Leisure Studies. She has also received training in Wellness Coaching through the Mayo School of Health Sciences and is a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader.
