Katie Jedlicka Sieve is the executive & special projects coordinator at the George Family Foundation. In this role, she supports a variety of projects and day-to-day office functions, including assisting the president, board chair and grants and administrative manager. She is the first point of contact for incoming callers and visitors.

Along with business and nonprofit experience, Mrs. Jedlicka Sieve has a strong commitment to serving others. Most recently, Mrs. Jedlicka Sieve was the foundation assistant of Karen Cares, the Karen Sorbo Foundation, an international nonprofit that addresses issues such as sex trafficking and prostitution, and helps homeless, abandoned and orphaned children. She also has served as a literacy tutor and community education facilitator for the Minneapolis Public Schools, and as a community outreach facilitator for the Minnesota AIDS Project. She was a founding member of the Los Cabos Children’s Foundation Mission/Youth Program.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Jedlicka Sieve has been dedicated to serving communities and individuals. She believes in the African philosophy of Ubuntu, which means, “I am because you are,” and seeks to express Ubuntu through her work and personal life.

Katie Jedlicka Sieve holds a bachelor of arts degree in peace studies with a concentration in humanities and a minor in communication from the College of Saint Benedict and St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota.
