Joe Ehrmann founded Coach For America based on his revolutionary concepts of transformational coaching that are also the subject of his book InSide Out Coaching: How Sports Can Transform Lives. A former professional football player, he is an inspirational, dynamic speaker and seminar leader who works with corporate, civic, and community organizations to promote growth, teamwork, effectiveness, and individual responsibility. Through the exposure of his TEDx Talk, “Be a Man”, his domestic violence work with the NFL, and working with The Representation Project on The Mask You Live In, there is an increased awareness to the importance of his work.
