Recently, Inside Philanthropy spoke with Riki Wilchins, executive director of the gender-focused nonprofit TrueChild, about the latest in research, policymaking and philanthropy through the lens of gender norms. An iconic figure and activist in the realm of transgender rights, Wilchins founded GenderPAC, the first national advocacy organization devoted to gender rights issues.
