Irreducible Grace Foundation: Finding the Pause Video 9

Irreducible Grace Foundation (IGF) is a youth empowerment organization that fosters trust and community between youth who have faced disparities and the institutions that have failed them.

IGF provides mentoring, life skills, employment, leadership training, self-care practices and safe space. Through the use of theater arts and written and spoken word, IGF fosters youth voice. Their young people lead programming that reaches more than 6,000 youth and adults every year. They customize workshops and performances for schools, government agencies, law enforcement, conferences, youth spaces, shelters and social justice events.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Irreducible Grace Foundation is creating new ways to connect with their community. “Finding the Pause” will provide online videos, activities, and resources for anyone and everyone as we journey through this "new normal."

In the ninth “Finding the Pause” video, Kylei from Irreducible Grace Foundation discusses how paced breathing can help minimize stress or excitement.
